These folks are amazing! Would give 6 stars if I could. They got our generator going very reasonably while we waited with an ice storm predicted. Also have propane and usually no lines! Thankful for them and seeing them in action helping folks in an anxious situation. God Bless them and their business!

We went to 3 different stores and couldn’t find what we were looking for. Went to Boilings Springs small engine repair and they had exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you guys for all your help! We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about the amazing People here. We have bought several things here and have always gotten very friendly knowledgeable service and didn't feel like I was being rushed or like I was asking crazy questions. They made sure I understood how to use what I bought and if I should need to have it serviced they would be more than happy to help. Added to the review was I needed help getting my parents generator repaired and he told me to bring it on and they would be happy to help. Upon getting in the parking lot it was so full there was really no place for me to turn around with a trailer so I explained it to the man when I checked in and he was so nice he went out and moved the truck and trailer for me and got the generator off. Who does that these days??!! Well, they do here!! 😀 They have always all been so nice and friendly here, it's like going to see family not just a business. Thank you All..

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! After getting ghosted today by someone who said they would fix my generator before the storm I called Boiling Springs small engine & they told me to bring it by. I really didn’t think they would get to it on such short notice but it needed do be fixed so we dropped it off at 10 am. They called me at 1 pm & we were good to go with a fully functional generator & are ready for the storm! Thank you is not enough! Best money spent in a long time because I don’t mind paying a little more to get things done right! Kudos to the guys at Boiling Springs small engine - I would highly recommend!

I brought my saw to the Ace Hardware in boiling springs and those idiots put the wrong chain on and then wouldn’t swap it out. I ended up taking it to Boiling springs small engine and the customer service was incredible and the employees were very knowledgeable. Safe to say Ace will never see another dime from me.
