One of the absolute worst locations I so miss our old Taylors location they did service right and it truly was their pleasure and ours to patronize their establishment On the other hand just moving here three months ago and I’ve had four encounters that were horrible one with team leader over sauces I left with none three times my order was incorrect and when I reported it I asked for a call my account received a free cookie to redeem in place if three incorrect sandwiches don’t get me wrong some kids will take it off an still eat not my child one who’s autistic so this establishment never cared about my experiences or my most recent call in to customer care asking for contact and refund. Not pleased knowing how all other surrounding locations operate there’s amiss here I spend well over 25-30+ and not to receive correct order is not acceptable service and unfortunately I never got a call back

This has got to be the absolute worst Chick Fil A in existence. I don’t know what they were thinking when they built it there, the way that they did. They need to hire someone that solely does traffic control because it’s complete bull that you could go around the building and patiently wait just to get cut off by someone just pulling in and okay I get that that is not CFA’s fault however, it’s also bull that I was at the door to get my food and not one not two not three but FOUR cars behind me got their food first when all I ordered was two meals. AND IN TOP OF THAT when I ask the lady what’s going on she immediately hands me my food that’s just been sitting there….. are you joking? At least the food was hot and fresh right? Wrong. The fries were cold and soggy…. maybe that’s why it’s in boiling springs…. BS chick fil a is exactly right. Absolutely ridiculous DO BETTER.

This is one of the worst chick fil a I have been too. I would give a zero if I had the option. Can’t get orders correct then loose your order more like delete the order then give you wrong food so you go back to get it corrected and then your told you have to go wait in the drive thru in order to get what they messed up fixed. First didn’t have the order second gave them the entire order again and they still screwed it up I guess you can’t read correctly. Then they told me I had no choose but to go through drive thru because they can’t be going through the vehicles. I don’t see how that makes since at all. So the ones taking the order can be in traffic the ones handing out food they can not be. The manager is a piece of work to his always got an excuse never makes things right at all. The worst part is all the drinks was still wrong so I said screw it and through them away.

Excellent experiences one after another. Excellent staff and will continue to frequent CFA due to great value for the quality food and fantastic customer service. I had a cobb salad today and it was perfect. Also finished w an ice dream come to ensure I was able to have the complete package.

Just called about my grilled chicken and a manager is going to tell me that because I bought it at 7 o’clock in the morning and I’m just eating it at three that the quality of the food is going to change. I’ve never heard of that, they have always been concerned about the food. The grilled chicken was dry and hard. What does that have to do with the fact that I’m just eating it since I ordered it at 7 o’clock in the morning I’ve always done that especially on a Thursday, I won’t be going back there. As you can see, there’s no juice at the bottom and my chicken this morning was dry but I didn’t pay it any mind you know then go to eat this and it’s all stuck in my teeth dry, no juice or anything. Then she say she can’t guarantee the quality of it because it’s over 30 minutes what in the world is that? You right Chick-fil-A don’t worry about it.
