I enjoyed my services so far, learning about the different facials. I would recommend calling for your first facial to get exactly what you want. I booked online and picked incorrectly the first time, by means I received a very good massage but not what I thought I booked. Got it right the second time. Staff is super sweet and friendly.

In January I called that I needed to cancel my membership as I was moving so it was no longer in my budget. They said okay and they I will have to be billed one last time before cancelling. I said okay and they sent over the cancellation form. I filled it out and returned it. On the letter it states that 1/11/26 would be my last billing date. Also while I was on the phone I wanted to confirm how many credits I had, they told me 1 when I should've had at least two. I was told that one of my credits was used (without my authorization) to pay for my add ons for my previous massage. There were issues at check out during my last massage so they said they would charge one of my cards on file when their system came back up, I agreed. Today I am charged AGAIN for another billing cycle and when I called today to confirm the number of credits I have, it is still incorrect. I should have 3 (including the one I was charged for today) but I only have 2. This is unacceptable, there is no reason I should be charged after the date that was agreed on my membership termination form. And the fact that my membership credit which is worth $79.95 was used for a $40 add on does not sit with me very well. I did have another issue last year where my debit card was charged for my membership due to there being issues with processing my payment on my credit card. My credit card is the only card I gave them authorization to use for my membership and I use my debit card for tipping. I never once received a call from them about there being issues processing my payment instead they just used my debit card. This caused my checking account to overdraft and for me to have to pay my bank a fee. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I used to think I had to go all the way to Ballantyne to get this level of service, but I’ve found it in Fort Mill—and in such a convenient location. I’ve been a spa enthusiast for years, so my expectations are high, and Ashley continues to exceed them with my facials. I’ve seen her multiple times now, and she is consistently wonderful. She does an amazing job with facials and lymphatic drainage. I’ve been dealing with some health issues that even an ENT couldn’t give me relief for, and Ashley somehow did. On top of that, my skin looks incredible. One thing I really appreciate is how intuitive Ashley is—when I feel like chatting, she’s an absolute delight, and when I want to be quiet and drift off, she completely respects that and lets me enjoy the peace. I already know I’ll be booking a regular facial and a mini facial back-to-back next time just so I can have more time with her helping release all the tension in my face. I literally look like I got Botox, it is amazing! I also had an excellent massage with Charla. She used some different techniques that were even more helpful than others I’ve had, and she relieved an incredible amount of stress. She was truly second to none and extremely attentive. Amazing hands, just the right pressure. My only complaint? I can’t stay afterward and take a nap.

I have been getting monthly massages for the past few months to help with an injury. Each time I have had a massage, it has helped the healing process and has been a great experience. Today, Miesha did an amazing job and Cindy at the front desk was super helpful and kind, too. It’s so nice to have consistent service and friendliness at an establishment!

NEGATIVE STARS!!!! ⭐️ If I could give negative stars, I would. This business that opened about a year ago, started off well, which is why I became a member in March. Unfortunately, my experience on December 27th was the final straw. I used membership credits for a couples massage in November, and before leaving that appointment, we scheduled another couples massage for December 27th at 12:00 PM. My partner requested a lymphatic drainage massage, and the receptionist confirmed availability and stated the only additional cost would be $10, which I agreed to. The appointment was confirmed multiple times through text a few days before and a call the day before in addition to another reminder text two hours prior. At 11:15 AM, I received a call confirming to make sure I knew about the $10 specialty massage fee and use of my credit. Then at **11:20 AM—40 minutes before the appointment—**I was called again and told there would be an additional $70 charge to be in the same room for a couples massage because my partner is not a member. I was told the only way to avoid the charge was to be placed in separate rooms, which defeats the purpose of a couples massage. We have had three couples massages here previously, and this fee was never charged. I was also told that if I chose to cancel, I would lose my credits due to the 24-hour cancellation policy—even though the fee change was communicated at the last minute. I went to the location to speak with a manager. No manager was available, and despite requesting a call back, no one ever contacted me. However, the receptionist called the manager and went to the back to speak with them but I could not speak with them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had three couples massages and this has NEVER happened. People come to relax, you have no clue what people are going through especially with the holidays, and you can't accommodate your customers after taking their money for something that was scheduled in advanced, CONFIRMED multiple times and you wait until 40 mins. before the massage to call with changes for more money. To make matters worse, staff were not informed of what was happening. Once my massage was over, another receptionist was at the desk asked how our couples massage was I'm like there wasn't one she said oh you decided against it, no you all decided for us because you wanted more money. I asked to cancel my membership. She stated we don't have forms here I will have to email it to you, she confirmed me email address and I didn't even get that until 2 days later. This is extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling. People come to relax, not to be pressured into last-minute charges. The therapists are great, but there is noticeable high staff turnover and absent management. I truly try to support Black-owned businesses, but this experience was unacceptable. KNOW YOUR WORTH AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS VALUED WHERE YOU CAN RELAX AND NOT GET HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
