I love Hardee’s food/menu. I had initially left a 1 star review but that’s harsh. I’ll likely come back but management could certainly do a better job. That’s all I’ll say…….

The app lies, it has a free sandwich with purchase offer for first time app users. However the app is very sneaky and only applies this offer if you've meet the reward goal. Be careful when using the Hardee's app. This will be my first and last time doing so. Editing this review while eating. The workers in this location forgot to add extra pickles and onions onto my sandwich after I deliberately requested it.

I’ve eaten Hardee’s biscuits, 47 years of my life. I got a gravy biscuit on the way to work and the gravy is full of large clumps of flour, not sausage. Looks like no breakfast today, time to get started at work.

Gravy is consistently lumpy.. I don’t come here much so for the gravy to be lumpy (clumps of flour) months apart, and only at this location.. something needs to change. My 16 & 17 year old can make sausage gravy without lumps so this shouldn’t be too much to ask! It’s very unappetizing. I opened my box back up to take a picture (I ate my biscuit without the gravy) and it had spilled in the box but it actually helped show just how bad and how many lumps there are. Please fix this!!

This place is going down. Order chicken strips. Taste like they been cooked years ago. So tiny. Smaller than my finger. Fried in old oil. Burnt. If I could will have least stars.
