I have a daughter with a bit of a disability. Where she lives, her washer/dryer combo went out. While waiting on a part, I needed to find her a place she felt comfortable with. This was it. Easy access. There is always someone there that could assist her if needed and they understood her situation and was really pleasant to her. Before her machine was fixed we went there again and if needed, it will her go to place where she feels the comfort and ease.

The difference between day & night shift is absurd. The only reason I’m not rating a 1 is because of day shift and the two other employees I dealt with were nice that day. I came in on Sunday. Yes it was 530 but i just needed to dry my clothes. Not wash, just dry. I understand the rules of self service but I was looking for a favor so my clothes wouldn’t mildew. Others still had clothes in the dryer and was folding, Instead i was greeted with hatefulness from “the assistant manager” She is very confrontational and was arguing with me in front of customers and cursing. This is not the first time either. She is not management material!!!! She should want to grow the company. Im sure you can promote someone else to do better. Hopefully shes not your only option. There was an easier way to deal with that and still provide good customer service. Shes costing you business and will continue. Theres been other times I’ve been and shes been in the back smoking illegal stuff. Shes miserable and needs to be relieved of her duties immediately!!! Ill either come on first shift or go to rocket laundry. I feel bad for the two employees that were there. A dark headed lady and a blonde boy they looked terrified and the dark headed lady tried to intervene but couldn’t for the rath of the night shift manager. DONT GO ON NIGHTS!!!!

Very nice & clean laundry facility with plenty of machines to accommodate quite a few people! The prices are very competitive too. They have a snack machine, play area for the small kids, and a TV to watch while you wait. I was expecting to wait for hours, but it only took about 45-60 mins to deep clean and dry my comforter. The end result left it looking/smelling brand new again! I will definitely be back!

This laundromat was such a gem! After using the one in Chesnee (that’s run down and not kept up), this laundromat was such a relief to come across and find. The facility, washers and dryers were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive from Forest City and will be coming back again. They had several different washer sizes with the biggest being $10 for 27 minutes which could easily hold 3 loads; the smallest washer was $3.50 and would only fit about a small load. There were two different dryer sizes with the largest costing $1 for 20 minutes and any additional time was $0.25 for 5 extra minutes. They do offer wash & fold service, which I didn’t ask about but several people picked up bags of clothes.

I don't often have to use a laundromat, but this is by far the best one I have ever been in! It's clean and comfortable, and I felt completely safe and secure in there. The two ladies working there were very friendly, helpful, and courteous! It is conveniently located as well. If the need arises again, I will definitely be coming here!
