My husband had a terrible experience at this location. He has been going back and forth between this location and the Spartanburg location for a while now. He has been satisfied overall, until today. His haircut took over an hour, which is crazy to begin with for a men's cut, and once he realized that the woman cutting his hair messed it up, he pointed it out to her, and it was an easy enough fix (it was just too long and uneven in some spots, and his part wasn't hard enough), and she said there was nothing she could do, and rushed him out the door. The manager just said "sorry", and didn't offer to give him any sort of discount or free haircut card or anything to make it right. He was really upset, and it takes a lot to upset him. We are going on our anniversary trip next week and he was wanting to get his hair cut and look nice for our trip, and now he is feeling extremely self conscious about his hair. My husband is the strong, silent, non-confrontational. He never complains and doesn't like cause trouble, but the least they could have done is offer to make it right somehow after saying something. He is on his way to a barbershop now so they can hopefully fix it. All he asked for a simple mid bald fade. That is a very common men's cut. He sent me a picture and it looks bad, very uneven and looks like he just rolled out of bed, and not nearly short enough. When it is all said and done, he will have spent $100+ today getting his haircut.
